Eva Frazer’s Natural Facelift

Eva Frazer is one of the world’s leading authorities on facial fitness. Born in 1928, Eva looks around 30 years younger than her true age and is living proof that the method works. Her story begins with a chance meeting with a facial fitness guru named Madame Hoffman in 1978. On discovering that the lady was 76 and looked around 50, Eva begged her to show her the facial fitness regime- a demonstration that changed Eva’s life.

How the Natural Facelift Works

As we age, we lose muscle tone. This is apparent not only in our bodies, where muscle tone reduction is one of the reasons why we gain weight so easily, but also in our faces. However, the muscles in the face are different as they are attached to the skin that covers them, which means any sag results directly in eye bags, brow sags, chin jowls and turkey necks- but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Eva Frazer promises that by using her facial fitness method that, ‘with just 10 - 15 minutes of exercising each day. Nose to mouth lines will lessen. Upper cheeks will be lifted and fuller. The jaw line will be firmer. Eyelids will be stronger and lifted.’

Natural Facelifts Achieved Through Massage

Emma Hardie, is another advocate of natural treatments for ageing, and has contributed to the hit TV series ‘Ten Years Younger’. Initially mentioned in former presenter Nicky Hambleton-Jones’ 2005 book of the same name, she outlines her ‘Instant Skin Pick-ups’ which allow devotees to massage their way to younger skin.

  • The Eye Lift- To help reduce puffiness, brighten and open the eye area, Hardie recommends that you locate the inside of the inner eye socket. Put a medium finger pressure on all four corners of the inner eye socket. Hold for a count of 15 at each point. She says it will feel tender if the eye area is congested, but this will be relieved with regular practice.

  • The Brow Softener- To prevent or reduce vertical lines between the eyes put your middle three fingers between your eyebrows. Visualise magnetic pulses coming out of your fingers and releasing tension in this area. Hold for a minute and repeat often.

  • The Cheek Lift- To tone and lift the cheek area, work from the corner of the nose and place a thumb below the cheekbone and two fingers above hold firmly for a count of 10 and work firmly across the face. Repeat 3 times, but on the repeat only hold for a second.

  • 4. Jaw Firmer- Repeat the cheek lift with the jaw bone working with both hands from the chin towards the ear.
Emma recommends the use of this technique every night before bed. This is when the cells are naturally starting to regenerate, and it also helps to aid restful sleep.

While a good moisturiser can’t improve muscle tone, it can help to keep the skin hydrated and younger looking by nourishing the underlying layers of the face. Couple the moisturiser with sun-block, to guard against skin damage caused by the sun and airborne pollutants.
